Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
We only accept exchanges for earrings that arrive broken, damaged, or defective.
Eligible return items include:
• Bracelets
• Necklaces
• Rings
• Purses
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags attached
• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:
• The wrong item was shipped
• The item arrived damaged
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns received after the 14-day window will be sent back to the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed minus original shipping costs incurred. Please allow:
• 5–10 business days for processing
• An additional 7–9 business days for the refund to appear on your account
We strongly recommend shipping returns with tracking and insurance, as Sincerely Fearless is not responsible for lost return packages.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it within the 14-day return window.
Once your item is received and passes inspection, we will ship out your replacement item.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Throughout the year, Sincerely Fearless may offer promotional or discounted FINAL SALE items.
FINAL SALE items:
• Cannot be returned
• Cannot be exchanged
• Are non-refundable
Any FINAL SALE items sent back to us will be returned to the customer.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Orders that are refused or returned as undeliverable will be charged:
• Original shipping costs
• Return shipping costs
Reshipping a package will require an additional shipping payment.
Canceled orders that have already been returned to us are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
